Because fragrance is a personal-care product, we can't accept returns of opened or used items, or returns because a scent wasn't to your taste. Damaged, leaking or wrong items are always replaced or refunded.

Each 10 ml bottle releases scent slowly through the natural wooden cap. How long it lasts depends on the heat in your car and how often you tilt the bottle.

Yes. Tilt the bottle once for a soft scent, or a few times when you want it stronger.

Keep the bottle upright when it isn't hanging and don't let the oil touch the dashboard, leather or painted surfaces. Wipe any spill straight away.

The 100 ml set with 5 reeds lasts around 3–4 weeks, depending on the room and how often you flip the reeds.

Use all 5 reeds and flip them more often for a stronger scent, or use fewer reeds for a softer one.

On a stable surface away from direct sun, heat, children and pets. Avoid contact with polished wood and fabrics.
