1. About us

This website, houseofkaho.com, is operated by Seranova Enterprise LLP ("House of KAHŌ", "we", "us", "our"), 1st floor, Rivera Wave, Rajkot, Gujarat 360005, India. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

3. Products

Our products are car fragrances and home fragrances, including hanging car diffusers and reed diffusers. We take care to describe and show our products accurately, but colours, packaging and scent perception may vary slightly. Scent notes are descriptive and personal experience may differ.

4. Safety and use

Our products contain fragrance oils. Keep them out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wipe away any spills immediately, as oils can damage plastic, painted, leather and polished surfaces. Hang car diffusers so they do not obstruct the driver's view and do not swing against surfaces. Place reed diffusers on a stable, protected surface away from heat and open flame. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or by not following the usage instructions.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We accept prepaid orders only; Cash on Delivery is not available at present. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partners, and we do not store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where a product is out of stock, there is an error in price or description, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns, replacements and refunds

Fragrances are personal-care products, so we do not accept returns of opened or used items or for change of mind. Damaged, leaking, wrong or missing items are handled as set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Offers and discount codes

Offers, gift sets and discount codes are valid for the stated period, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless stated. We may withdraw or change any offer at any time.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the House of KAHŌ name, logo, product names, text, images, illustrations and design, belongs to Seranova Enterprise LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Reviews and content you share

If you post reviews, photos or other content, you confirm it is your own and accurate, and you allow us to use, display and share it in connection with our brand. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

13. Third-party services

Our site may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, couriers and apps. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
