• Orders of ₹699 and above: free shipping

• Orders below ₹699: flat ₹79

• Dispatch: within 1–2 business days of your order.

• Delivery: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code.

• Where we ship: across India.

• Payment: all orders are prepaid. We don't offer Cash on Delivery at the moment.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive the courier name and tracking details by email. You can also see the status of every order by signing in to your account, or visit Track Order.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Remote PIN codes, public holidays, weather or courier disruptions can occasionally add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll follow up with the courier.

Address and delivery attempts

Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully before placing your order, as the courier may call you before delivery. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it only before the order is dispatched.

Damaged or wrong items

Every bottle is packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. See Returns & Exchanges.
