The Ritual
How to live with KAHŌ.
A few simple steps to get the most from every bottle, in the car and at home.
For the drive
Hang. Tilt. Breathe.
-
01
HangLoop the cord over your rear-view mirror so the bottle hangs freely.
-
02
TiltTip the bottle once so the oil soaks into the wooden cap. Do this with the car parked.
-
03
BreatheTilt again whenever you want the scent to bloom. More tilts, stronger scent.
For the home
Open. Place. Flip.
-
01
OpenRemove the stopper and set the bottle on a stable surface away from sun and heat.
-
02
PlaceAdd the 5 reeds and let them soak for a few hours.
-
03
FlipTurn the reeds every few days to refresh the scent. One set lasts around 3–4 weeks.
How long does a KAHŌ car perfume last?
Each 10 ml bottle releases scent slowly through the natural wooden cap. How long it lasts depends on the heat in your car and how often you tilt the bottle.
Can I make the scent stronger or lighter?
Yes. Tilt the bottle once for a soft scent, or a few times when you want it stronger.
Is it safe for my car's interior?
Keep the bottle upright when it isn't hanging and don't let the oil touch the dashboard, leather or painted surfaces. Wipe any spill straight away.
How long does the reed diffuser last?
The 100 ml set with 5 reeds lasts around 3–4 weeks, depending on the room and how often you flip the reeds.
How do I make the scent stronger or softer?
Use all 5 reeds and flip them more often for a stronger scent, or use fewer reeds for a softer one.
Where should I place it?
On a stable surface away from direct sun, heat, children and pets. Avoid contact with polished wood and fabrics.
